What shoul I do, if I have a judgement from credit card debt, and I have been asked to fill out a fact info sheet, asking for bank info, and I only have socicial security to live off? Are they wanting to freeze my checking account?

They can't garnish SS payments. If you give your bank a letter stating that only SS payments go into the account they can't touch that either.
