Happy Friday!

The name of the stuff I used is Spar Shield, I think... I did a grill table for my backyard and it has stood up so far through three Florida summers and all the rain, too!
Comes in various sizes from five gallon pails all the way down to spray cans. It's designed to hold up on boats at all latitudes... Try a small can and see how it works on your stuff!
Good luck!

I can't wait for Tuesday as all the stress of the weekend will be over, and my test on Monday will be over and I will have my grade. Then I can breathe a sigh of relief.

I am trying to allow the wood to go grey with the weather also, might have to use cedar instead of pine, the expense is a lot for the cedar, but the coloration and weathering might just make some customers happier.
My first chair was made of old barn siding,I have finished it and will post soon, it looks like the next pic.

Hehe, good point, Ken!
I've lost track of paydays! Since being "on the dole" with W/C I've had a hard time not noticing that their disbursements have changed. First it was on Friday, then it was the following Tuesday, then Wed, now due yesterday but I haven't seen it yet. Got bills to pay but I'm now stressing about getting them out today. I guess I can't count on them caring!

Not in nursing school Ken. Failing it will break my educational career. I have to have am 80% average to pass the semester. I'm sitting at an 83.3% right now. I can't risk failing.

I watched an old B & W movie about man who played a "downtrodden" individual to find out what it was like to live such a life. It was a social experiment on his part but he was really a movie director.
