    Lien fraud
    My question is I have a friend he bought a property with 2 lien on it. He later on add one of his friend into deed as joint owner. They got a 3.rd lien on the second person name. During foreclosure process, they took second person name off the deed, leaving the third lien on the property
    Does it create a fraud

    Sounds to me like taking the second person off the property to remove the lien was the fraud, not leaving the lien on.
