Lets start with a few questions. Is this city or well water, what kind of piping and size? Do any neighbors report the same problem" It might not be just your flat, could be the building main or even the city pressure. Back to you.

Its in the city, copper pipes and majority are 15mm in size. Spoke to neighbours they don't seem to have a problem. I've checked the main and its fully open. I spoke to the water company and they said its an internal problem as their water pressure is average in this area. What next do you suggest I should do.

You could ask the water department to come out and check your individual pressure. Their main may have good pressure but they also own and are responsible for the smaller line running to your metter. After the meter the line and any problems are your responsibility. An outside spigot is frequently the first tap after the main. Do you have better pressure at the spigot or whatever is the first tap? Has the city or you done any work recently that could affect this problem?
