    New passport
    I am born in goa before 1961, studied for one -two years in portuguese before liberation at present I am holding indian passport
    Can I apply for portuguese passport and where to apply in india

    The portuguese consulate in Goa seems to be a big fraud and there are some advocates who are bigger frauds taking advantage of this. Be very careful as people who have applied for the same have been lingering for more than 6 years. Even the attitude of the people working at the consulate is arrogant. They even refuse to answer genuine queries. It is high time the government does something about this.
