No one can tell you for sure what is wrong with your dog. What was wrong the last time she did this?

My mother had a dog with blood in her poop and it was caused by hookworms. Her only symptom was blood in her poop. The hookworm medicine cured her. She found 2 strays last year that had them and even with a vet 1 did not make it.
Hookworm medicine can sometimes be bought depending upon where you live, at feedmill stores, Walmart, Kroger,etc... but your best bet is probably at a pet store. Here is a site about hookworms. Have your grandparents read this material. Good luck with your dog.
    Edit***
Sweetie I just saw your update, I don't know if they will puke blood with worms. Maybe they can at least call the vet, and see what he says. I wish I could be of more help.Canine Hookworm Infection ~ Pawprints and Purrs, Inc.

What was wrong with your dog the last time? Did you see the vet and what was the treatment? Is it possible your dog has eaten some bones, wood, or something else that might perforate its stomach and intestines? I am afraid treating your dog for hookworms may waste valuable time. Somehow you need to find the money for the vet.

Frankly, there are many caring people that want to help, but have no idea how little they know about dogs. And as for the websites they send you too, they may be a bunch of garbage put up by a kook with and agenda. I have seen many links to such put up by those not knowing enough to evaluate them.

Boxin, your dog does not sound as if it has worms. Something is seriously wrong for him to have blood in both his poop & his vomit. You need to get your grandparents to call the vet and speak to whoever is covering emergencies on the weekend. I would label what is happening to the dog as a major cause for concern and it shouldn't wait until tomorrow, unless the vet tells you to wait until the morning to bring him in. Whatever they decide to do, he needs to be examined by a vet. They do need to find the money for this. Please do not give him any medication bought from a store, unless the vet has told you to do this. Treating the dog with medication when you are just guessing what may be the problem, can place your dog's life in jeopardy.
