    Hello Go:

When you have your violation hearing, tell the judge what you just told us. Maybe they can get you some help.

In the meanwhile, I would read what the conditions of your probation are, and do them exactly as they are written.

    Hello again, Go:

Dude. If you want my advice, LISTEN to me!! Don't ask me stuff, then ignore what I said. Do that to your parents - NOT ME!

I told you to do your conditions exactly as they are written. IF your conditions require you to attend school, then DUH!!

What can happen? I don't know. They can put you in jail, and they might.

Return to school immediately with a physician's note. Are you currently on medication? There are medications to treat the conditions you've described but it's your responsibility to take them. Your P.O. isn't going to consider it her responsibility to look after your medical care, that's something you have to do on your own.

I got doctors notes for the days that I was excused, but for the other days I don't got notes because I was afraid to go back.I am on medicine for my bipolar but my physciatrist couldn't get me in until November so I have to wait till the end of November to get started on treating my anxiety.

Is there anyway to postpone the court date?

I called my P.O and left a message with her telling her I'm returning to school this week and I promise I will go the rest of the year unless I'm so ill I cannot.I haven't ate in 2 and a half days now and I'm so upset because I can't handle being put in detention.

So I am returning to school,I'm going to overcome my fear and anxiety and push myself to go,hopefully I do OK I think I will!
