You should just ask her out. If she really is hideing from you and you can't talk to her leave a note on her desk asking her to meet you some where.

When you hear she is making the comments about you being hers tell them how can she be mine when I can't even seem to get a chance to talk to her. Maybe the message will go back through the grapevine and she will quit hiding.
