There must be some crime you can charge her with ; harassment, kidnapping, something. Talk with your local police and file a complaint for something ; that'll get you started. You usually only have 30 days so do it immediately.

Try for disturbing the peace, anything to get it on record. If possible enlist the help of your neighbors.

I did call the police about this problem, and they are the ones to tell me there is no harassment in my state. I told them why it was going on and he gave me a case number that my complaint would be filed under, in case we did end up in court. I got my neighbors to back me on this. It was their phone I used to call the cops. I also have my sister as a witness. So far I haven't heard anything about the custody battle, so hopefully they will just forget about it. He is just trying to hurt me by doing this, the last time we talked he acted like he was ready to leave his wife and wanted his "original" family back!! IN HIS DREAMS but I'm hoping he is just going to grow tired of being hateful and trying to hurt me. He is only going to hurt our daughter and himself with all of this!

Oh, I'm sure the police (or the officer you were talking to) just didn't want to deal with it. I am in Ohio... and there are definitely harassment laws. I would call down there and ask to speak to someone else... or call the courthouse in your area and have them give you advice as to what route to take.
