A lot of factors causing short and quick sex.
    Hello there,

Well I'm 19 I've been having sex with my girlfriend now for a while... The problem is I seem to be going to quick all the time. Now were very open when it comes to talking about this stuff, so after I ask her "Was you anywhere near going?" and she responds... "No not really didnt feel *the feeling*".
Now I know (Well I think I know) that this is to do with me going to quick, and when I say quick I mean, I could run down stairs make a cup of tea or something like that and still have gone by that time. Really bad metaphore I know but I can't think of anything else.

Is there anyway that I could slow down my climax so that I can do what I do (Same speed and depth and such) but still hold back on climax, just so I can see if I'm making my girlfriend climax.

I've done it a few times, I've even gone for 45 minutes once... But that was after I had gone 10 minutes before we started that time. I did make her climax many time during that session.

I just feel I'm letting her down, as almost every time we make love now, she never reaches climax.

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks

Do you wear a condom? That always helps. Or maybe releaving yourself like 30mins before you start. That way you can try to last longer. One way that is good, right when you feel yourself about to "climax" pull out and stop for a min continue pleasuring her, but do that every so often so that way you can build your stamina. Good luck to you and your Girlfriend.

Are you stating "Do wear a condom" or "Dont wear the condom"? As at the moment it's a mix... We like to mix things and she's on the monthly pill, so for 1 week we use a condom (The week after she comes off) and the 2 weeks of not wearing one, until she comes on.

You probably didn't really want to know that, but I got confused on the condom question... Sorry.

    And thank you.

Have you noticed that when you wear a condom that you last longer? And please remember birth control (the Pill) doesn't always work. My son was the product of "the Pill"

Maybe have her climax during foreplay or use a dildo or vibrator?? Have her climax like that? Have sex after she has climaxed then less pressure is on you to make her climax and you may last longer? Maybe try that.
