    Menstration and a bath
    Is it OK to take a bath while you have your pierod? Not talking about a shower. Soaking in a bath.

    I always love to take a hot bath while on my period. It not only seems to slow it down a little, it helps with the cramps as well.

    There is absolutely no reason to avoid a bath while on your period. In fact, a nice warm bath might help relieve symptoms like cramping!

    Take a nice relaxing bath and enjoy! :)

    Of course it is, bath's really help with cramp like everyone has said, they can be really relaxing, try adding some essential oils to the bath water, try Clary Sage, Geranium, Rosemary or Lavendar, they all have relaxing and soothing properties, Clary sage is particularly renowned for helping with PMT.
