I have a washer machine combo Kenmore model 417.90812991 and it doesn't spin, the timer stops after finishes washing and the water it doesn't drain.

The drain and spin cycle will be together. Do you hear any noise when it stops? If the coupler is bad it will not go into drain/spin cycle. It is located between the motor and transmission. If you open unit up and see plastic pieces laying there, the coupler has failed and needs replaced. There should be a pause after the wash cycle but then the trans should switch directions for drain and spin.
