    Hello, I don't want to push my views on you, however I do not believe in diet pills. I don't know the specific answer to your question, however, keep n mind that one of the sideaffects is uncontrollable bowel movements, they also ask you to keep an extra pair of undies with you. :(
    If you want inspiration or help, I found this podcast on itunes (you can also find her website.) Called "donate your weight" this lady is amazing and very smart and never intimidating. =] I hope I helped you even though I went way offtrack with my answer.

    Diets and diet pills only last so long and then you gain back your weight. Also, never use artificial sweeteners or diet drinks they actually do put more weight on you.
    It is important to go to the root of the problem and correct your thyroid with nutrition.
    Most people can't lose because of toxic build up in their system and you need to detox and cleanse your system then it is a lot easier to lose weight and keep it off.

    Correct your underactive thyroid, boost your metabolism/metabolic rate and start losing weight
