    Toolbar EULA
    When I log in to my computer 'Toolbar Eula' immeditely opens a window for this EULA, however it does not connect. I've found no way to get rid of it. Can anyone help me get rid of it.

    Listen go to msconfig in the run command, go to startup programs and disable the EULA program that start when you boot up your system.

    Start>run>msconfig
    Go to the tab of start
    Unable this program
    It will no pop ever again.
