    Tenant won't pay rent
    Hi, I am William Early. I have a tenant that has not paid rent for 2 months and need to take possession of the property. Can you help ? Thanks, William

    Hello William:

    Go to the top of this forum and you'll see the landlord tenant laws for your state. Find it and do what it says.
