    Bankruptcy / final judgement
I have received a discharge from bankruptcy but if I fail to refinace my home and make a settlement of 110,000.I would have to refinance over 330,000 with what I owe to my mortgage company. The only people that are offering finacing are hard money leanders and my payment would be 3800.00 a month and within a year they would find me finacing with a bank or mortgage company.I didn't know this when I sign the agreement that a bank or mortgage company wouldn't give me a mortgage. Can I withdraw my bankruptcy? And what will happen after signing a agreement? Thank you please help me make the right decision.

Or merely include house in bankrutpcy and let it be sold.
And your attorney should have spoken to you, bankruptcy normally stops all chances of a new loan for some time
