    I live in apartments in Texas I received an eviction notice for late on rent, I have the rent due but not the late charges will the owners accept that till my next payday?

    I don't know. Ask them. The don't have to accept "partial" rent. However, you're paying ALL your rent. You're just not paying the late fee. Certainly, pay them. Do it with a check or money order, and do it with a letter that you hand deliver to them.

    How can we tell you, we don't know them. Are they nice, They may if you ask, but as noted they don't have to.

I have a rental agreement on my mothers house that I have leased to a tenant. He has not paid the rent or kept the premises as per the lease. I want to terminate the lease and ask him to get out. The property is in Kentucky, I think I have to give him 7 days notice is this correct
