    My water heater
    I was wondering if you could answer my question I connected my water heater and my cold pipe is warm and my hot pipe is cold.is the pipes connected wrong or something? On my previous water heater it barely got hot.

    Smack:::- LETs see if I can help you: Iwant you to look on top of your hot water tank , ewere the pipes are . There right beside on the tank it self ,there will be raised letters in the metal that say ( HOT - COLD) I think you have them crossed. Look and see let me know right back F.B.E.

    Blue Eagle was bang on. It sounds like you've reversed the inlet connections and now the water's being drawn from the dip tube and the bottom of the tank where it's cold instead of the top where the hot water lives. Reverse the inlets and see if that doesn't solve the problem. Good luck, Tom
