    Xp Installer
    For some reason I can't intall prgrams on my computer. Its saying my computer is operating in safe mode or is missing XP Installer.

    My computer isn't in safe Mode.

    Can anyone tell me where I can download windows Installer or do I have to reinstall XP.

    If that is the case, will I loose all my programs on there. (Do I have to back them all up)

    Hi loydx,

    Try running the Windows XP disc and running a repair on your windows installation. If that doesn't fix it then you may need to look at backing up your software and reinstalling windows.

    In the end I had to reformat my hard drive. I had a lot of crap on there now its all running well.
