    First you have to know the legal laws of your respective country and apply license request with the guidance of any lawyer with license provider in your country.

    Check with your respective city and state ordinances regarding starting a cleaning business. You will need to find out if you do require a license, insurance and to be bonded.

    You have already asked me about this in a private message, and I have answered it. Whether you need a license does depend on the laws in the cities or towns where you will be working. So, it is best to be asking those officials about this.
