    Flange Too High
    I have a slab on grade (Concrete Floor) and I am replacing the floor tile. The soil pipe stands just over a half inch proud. It is cast iron. How can I fix the height overage so that the new flange is flush with the floor level? Pictures below...

    Was the flange flush when the old tile was still in place, won't it be flush again with the new tile?

    No it was not flush before, I had actually place a wooden platform and 2 wax rings under the toilet as a temporary stop gap.

    You can cut the pipe with a flush cutting Saws All. Let's ask Speedball to give you the best flange for your application. Speedball may see this yet today but likely tomorrow.
