    Change light on Harbor Breeze
I cannot figure out how to get the light fixture open to change the bulb. The model number is AER52BP5LKRC. I tried to turn the glass fixture counter clockwise and it won't budge. Any suggestions?

Try putting slight pressure on the glass while you turn it counter clockwise. If you still can't get it post back and we will see what we can figure out. GOOD LUCK

I did try pressure on just the glass and also the rim around the glass as well. I can't make it budge. Plus it is a ceiling fan and it is a little flexible at the ceiling. I may go to Home Depot/Lowes to see if they have a similar make/model just to get a better idea of how to go about this.

I think this may be a Lowe's only model. Did you try to get a replacement manual or can you find your's?

I agree I am fairly sure this is a Lowe's only item. Maybe if your lucky they will have one on display and a helpful employee can either show you how it comes apart or maybe if they are really nice they will open a box and let you peek at the manual.

AC101 is right on track. If all else fails just buy one and take it outside, read the manual and then return it. It should not come to this because the Lowe's folks have been pretty helpful as of late.

It is a Lowe's model. All of the information above is correct.
