i have a very close friend who is currently in jail for probation violation. anyone that knows anything about tennessee criminal please help me. he is in jail for probation violation ( posession was why he was on probation) but he is in a rehabilative program in jail and was told he could petition to go back to court and get out of jail in half the time. im pretty sure this is true in tennessee considering he didnt have a violent offense. anyone with advice please help me.
