    Is this Legal?
    A 14yr old female and a 17yr old male are having a relationship at school. It is really serious for people so young and they have been having sex for about a year. Is this legal for two people their age to be having a sexual relationship?

    Once he hits 18 the rules change. Actually, it may be illegal as of right now, even though he isn't legally an adult. He's really playing in hot water right now.

    It is totally legal until he hits 18.. then he better back off.. or just not get caught!
