    I have the super secret spot here in Idaho. Every year I get at least twenty to thirty pounds wet weight. By September, I'm sick of them. By November... time to make the stuffing!

    Yummie, morel mushrooms sauteed in butter. But they are elusive creatures here in Tennessee. Kind of like going snipe hunting.

    What is a morel mushroom? I have never heard of them. Nor have I had stuffing with oysters.
