    Eviction rights
My boyfriend wants out of our 4 year relationship. We moved into a house together that he bought on a land contract almost a year ago. My 2 children live in the house also We share all the bills for. Does he have the right to kick me and my children out anytime he wants to. He states that he will move out and let me and my children live there but what rights do I have if he changes his mind? I am unemployed, my family lives out of state and I have no where to go. Please help!

First, I moved this to Real Estate law since it really isn't a relationship question.

I'm afraid your rights are very limited here. While he can't just kick you out on the street he can formally evict you since you have no lease arrangement. Absent a formal lease you are considered a month to month tenant.

He can also default on the land sales contract and the owener can then evict you.
