I've been getting these red dots on my groin and penis that look like pimples but am not sure what they are and they are not going away. I need help! :confused: And now a rash of sorts is starting on the tip of my penis its disgusting and I need some advice.

Does it itch? Is it following any particular pattern (like your underwear)? Are you sexually active? Is it painful? Any other symptoms (discharge, fever, weight loss)?

Thanks for answering I didn't think anyone would.. haven't been sexually active for some time 4months. They are a little painful when pushed on. Sort of like pimples but they won't go away (you can pop them like pimples with some white stuff , but most are just red dots). They are definitely spreading because they are on my sides of back, upper thigh, upper arms. Is there a cleanser of some sort of anything over the counter that would help maybe? There are no other side effects besides just being there and seem to be spreading.

You sound pretty concerned. Why don't you go to the dermatologist?

Are they present on the palms of your hand? Are they mostly found over your joints? Did you have any other rashes/lesions on your penis a few months ago? Are you taking any new medications? Do you have any fever/chills/nightsweats?

I agree with Condr- dermatology visit is probably indicated. It may be an allergic (etcopic) dermatitis (benign), but it could be infectious as well.

They aren't on my hands, or joints, just random places on my body, not taking any meds and besides them being there nothing else is happening with side effects . Im guessing alergic because I'm prone to skin disorders but not sure. Thanks for your help. Ill post if I find out.
