    Renting condo units
    In A Condo Complex, What Records Must Be Kept By The Condo Association For Viewing By All The Unit Owners. Condo Is Located In Palm Desert, Ca. Thank You.

    The condo unit Association should be able to give you a list of what it requires to have on hand so you can rent the unit.

    Hello Billy:

    That depends on the By Laws. I don't know that ANY records must be kept. Who's MUST are you talking about?? The LAW?? The law is silent on the matter, unless the Association is a public entity, such as a corporation.
