    How to get my 17yearold transfer to another state
    I moved to pa.I need my son to be transfer from probation in ny to pa as soon as possible.have no place to leave him there.must give apt in about a week. They started to do transferring 2 months ago,but nothing yet.what can I do to rapid this up.please help
