Lumps in foreskin of penis, found an answer nowhere!
I developed a small lump on the left side of the shaft of my penis, it consisted of about 3 or 4 smaller lumps. I researched online and found that most lumps found on the penis are harmless or eventually go away. But I'm starting to worry because the lump has about double in size in about 6 months... I am sexually active with one girl, and have been with no other females. The girl and I were both virgins at first time of intercourse. These lumps cause me no pain during urination or when I have an erection. The lumps seem to be in the foreskin and they are small and hard, the skin around them is just a little darker. I feel embarrassed to go to a doctor and am hoping these small lumps are not cancerous or harmful. I think it could be HPV, but I have no idea as to how I could have gotten it, is it possible to get them in some other way than sex? And can it be spread to my girlfriend? Thank you

I had a similar problem when I was younger, pretty much in the same place as you but it was only one lump and it was under the skin.
I went to the docs and they said that as I was still growing (I was around 14-17) the genitals would go through some rather odd changes and that it was completely normal and would clear up eventually. They were right.

If you're around that age, it could be very much the same thing, but I wouldn't suggest ignoring it. With things like this, it's a lot safer to have it checked out with the docs.
Oh, and don't be embarrassed about it, I'm sure they're quite used to it and have seen many more in their time lol.

You'll feel a lot better if you do mate :)
    Good luck.

It may (or may not be) a sebaceous cyst. If that's the case, there is nothing to worry about. They do eventually go away on their own. Basically, the hair follicles become clogged, and eventually what happens is you will notice small bumps on your penis. They look like pimples sometimes as well. They can be small or grow as large as a pea. If you are worried, then you should go see a doctor. Chances are it's not STD related since you said you were both virgins. Hope that helped some. Also, don't try to pop them. If they are sebaceous cysts, then the infection can spread elsewhere. Just leave them alone.
