    Mobile home company bankrupt
6 years ago my son bought a new mobile home. 3 years ago they noticed water in the wall and on the floor. They tried to file a claim with their insurance company, but was turned down, said it was company's faulty building. Tried to get the company to fix it. Was told company had gone bankrupt. IS THERE ANYTHING THEY CAN DO?

    Water damage
    Hi,
Three years is a long time gone by, to try getting the company to fix it, especially when they are bankrupt. The only option you have is to try dealing with your insurance company. There are other insurance companies, not just that particular one.
Talk with the insurance company again, and let them know that if they refuse to do anything, you will "look around" at better companies. As I see it, that's all you can do now. I do wish you the best of luck.
