Do you have any sample forms for submitting to the judge an intent to contest the Plaintiffs being allowed to appear telephonically? The law library in my town said to just write it up myself, using the format that was on the summons.

I have a levy placed on my home contents and 2 vehicles. When I 1st received a court notice I tried to get a public defender, but was turned down and then I called the court
To see what I could do they recommended that I don't show up in court without a attorney
Which I could not afford, now they have a levy on my property. Do I have any legal standing on the principle of not understanding my rights or the process. I live in PA
