    I've only been married 6 weeks can I file for a anulment
    I have been married for appx 6 weeks in AZ my husband is a drunk and I don't want to be around it any more he started drinking heavy after we were married and I want out can I file for a anulment in this state under the grounds that he has already left the marriage

    I hope Jodi, that you do everything in your power to get out of there...
    I know how this feels and it has taken 14 years to finally come to realize that it isn't the right way to live! You need to mention what state you are from before you can get an honest answer! Hugs to you sweet...
