    Reposessing mobile home
    I would like to find out if I have a mobile home repose
    Said who is responsble for lot payments. I am trying to
    Sell this home as I am in my late 60's and know longer feel
    Safe living here . What I really need to know is, if they
    Can take my so. Soc. I get servivor pension

    You are liable to the contract you have on the lot rent, if for example you signed a one year lease, you are respsonible for that lease as written. If you are on a month to month then you can get out of it at the repo.

    But why not sell the trailer instead of letting it repo?
