    Decifering Judges Sentencing
    Hi Everyone,

Here I am asking another question. I am the grandmother that had posted:

    Felon/Probation serving in the Military

And received very helpful answers, with information on what to do about this situation.

I have now found, this same guy dating my granddaughter, recently received the below, along with another court appearance on 12/21/07 for Court costs & fines. He was on probation before the below incident.

[B]09/20/2007 Sentencing Information Sentence: Fine: 250.00, Susp: Costs: 60.00, Susp: , Incl: N Jail Start: , days: 60, Jail End: susp days: 60, susp time: Points: 0, Lic susp: , Dr Ed: N Susp start: , days: , Susp end: Clearance Date: Mod: , narr: , Lic flag: Dr sch: N, DUI sch: N, Rest: Under no circumstance is the def. to have any contact with Kathy Hutchins No personal contact, no phone contact, etc. Abide by TPO Prob type: Court Monitored, start: 09/20/2007, days: 365, End: 09/18/2008 Charge #1: Violating Protection Order or consent agreement

Can anyone decifer this for me? I don't understand half of what this means.

I know he was on probation connected to this same case and that was where the felony charges came in.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It looks to me like he was given credit for time served and released on probation. Part of the terms of probation is no contact with Kathy Hutchins. Probabtion appears to be one year.
