Boss left me at a job site
OK so every day I meet my boss at his house to meet for work an to carpool to the job site (were ever it may be) to save gas on this day we were instaling an a/c unit on an office building LITTERLY 50 MILES AWAY FROM HIS HOUSE usually not a big problem since he goes home at the end of the day and I just go home myself from there so we were installin this a/c unit long story short he messis up tries to blame it on me in front of the other workers I call him out and prove that it was him who messed up and caused the hour and a half delay on trying to figure out what was goining on and he gets very mad at me cusing me out and then tells me he's tired of me and to go home yes go home while my vehicle is 50 miles away and no I did not live by the job site either I worked 6 hours straight with no lunch and then right after he tells me to go home he tells the other guys lets go to lunch and turns around and smirks at me and leaves luckily my girlfriend did not work that day and she was able to pick me up is there any thing illegal about what happened? Can I get re embersed in any way? And then after this for two weeks he did not work me and then on the third week he laid me off "becouse it was slow"

WHAT CAN I DO?? PLEASE HELP?

p.s. and I lived about 23 miles from my boss's house

First you only a bad boss gets on to you in front of other people, but then only a fool makes his boss look bad in front of the other workers.
So what do you do, look for another job and learn a lesson that the boss may not always be right but he is always the boss.
Nothing illegal, happens everyday to people who want to prove the boss wrong.
