You say that you have never visited the site, correct? So therefore, you have never given any personal information to that site. If that is the case then, it's not uncommon for a site to close visitor's enquires to it because of abuse that may have occurred because of others trying to gain access to the site and what they have tried to do on it.

I wouldn't take it personally, then. I don't really think that anyone is using your name and ID on the Internet.

For example, there is a site on which I have done a lot of advertising for my businesses. A year ago in July, they decided to close it to any new advertising. It wasn't until just recently, that I got an email from the site saying that I could edit my ads, but that they were still closed to any new advertising. That is just one example of a site closing its doors, so to speak.

Perhaps others will come up with other examples.

Is this in general or personally you? Because the only way you can detect if someone is using your personal info, is when that info is redirected to you through e-mail account

I was thinking the same thing. Most ISP's give you a dynamic IP address, which is what identifies you on the internet. Being dynamic, it changes every once and a while. It could be that someone who had the address before got banned from that site, and you're just unlucky enough to have gotten that same address. It could also be that someone who has the same ISP as you got banned, but they banned your whole ISP instead of just one address. This happens a lot with dynamic addresses. I couldn't send email out to certain places because my ISP had been on a blacklist, because some idiots were sending spam from it. Not a big deal, it just happens sometimes.
