    Filling out the response card
    I am invited to a friend's wedding as well as a guest of my choosing. I am not entirely sure who I will be taking. Do I need to put the guest's name on the resonpse card?

    No, just put will be attending plus guest.

    If they ask, hopefully by the time they as you will know who.
