    Mini Daschund Bladder infection
    Does anyone have a clue on how to prevent reoccurring bladder infections in minis?:rolleyes:

    The only way to prevent them is to figure out why they are ocurring and correct the cause. Does your dog get easily stressed? That can bring on UTIs. If it isn't something external, there may be a physical problem, that can only be corrected with surgery. Since we can't examine your dog online, this is a question best answered by your vet.

    My vet solved the problem in my one Lab puppy by prescribing Science C/D Diet. I think it cost about the same as the Pro Plan I was feeding. The staff vet at the dog guide school she belonged to agreed with the treatment.
