    30 day notice
    In the state of Pennsylvania do I have to give a landlord a 30 day notice? I do not have a lease. Just a month to month no contract.

    Cindy, in the first post of this forum you can find a link to your state's landlord/tenant laws. That will give you the length of notice that you need to give.

    Make sure you give it in writing and keep a copy for your records.
