Not sure just how easy you want the recipe to be but here are two from the Kraft Foods website - Kraft Foods - Great Recipes and Food Ideas

Quick Cheesecake

Prep Time: 5 min
Total Time: 5 min
Makes: 8 servings, one piece each

1 tub ( 24.2 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Ready-To-Eat Cheesecake Filling
1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)

SPOON cheesecake filling into crust. Smooth top lightly with back of spoon to form even layer.
SERVE immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve


Quick Pudding Cheesecake

Prep Time: 10 min
Total Time: 10 min
Makes: 16 servings, one slice each

1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
1 tub (24.2 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Ready-To-Eat Cheesecake Filling
2 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crusts (6 oz.each)

PREPARE pudding in large bowl as directed on package. Stir in cheesecake filling with wire whisk until well blended.
SPOON evenly into crusts. Smooth top lightly with back of spoon to form even layer; top with topping of your choice - fruit, etc.
SERVE immediately. Or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Store any leftovers in refrigerator.

Makes two cheesecakes.
