Technically my Insurance policy were covered the times 3/21/07 - 9/21/07 but

They cancelled my policy because I didn't sign some form,"uninsured motorist"

That I didn't realized it. Anyway Progressive had cancelled my policy in

July 13 2007 and the accidnent happened on 8/11/2007. To me it was an honest

Since I had found that I had no coverage I called Progressive and got it

Reinstated back since 8/21/07. My truck is ensured now but I had not drove

The truck since the accident. I had been driving my other car to work. What

Kind of trouble could I be in? Am I have to be responsible for her death.

To me it is not that I didn't have insurance at all. I did but it got

Cancelled that I didn't know but I don't know the law to reason it out.

First, you need to read instructions. The Introductions Forum is clearly marked as for people to introduce themsleves to the site, NOT to ask questions. That's why your post was moved to Other Law forum.

Second, some of your note is unclear but if I follow it you asked a friend to use your truck for some business related errands while you were away. While doing those errands he was involved in an accident killing a woman. Now you have been contacted by an attorney (representing who?) asking about your insurance. Is that the situation?

If so, you need a lawyer. Since your friend was on errands representing the business, your business is vulnerable. Since the truck was registered to you personally, you are vulnerable. Since the truck was not insured at the time of the accident you don't have insurance to cover you. So you need an attorney to unravel the law for you and determine where you stand.
