    Gas central heating and landlord ?
    Hi I was hoping one of you out there could answer my question ? I have lived in my house for over a year now and pay my rent every month without fail!! But the landlord don`t seem to want to do repairs on the house what is concerning me the most is the fact the boiler and gas cooker and gas fire have not been serviced ? I have asked him and he huffed to me down the phone what should I do ? Do I have any rights to force him to carry out this job . I`ll be grateful for any advice thanks .

    It all depend upon the laws where you live at. If I felt I were in danger from a appliance not being serviced I would move and let the next person suffer. Landloards are usually tardy because they do not want to spend the money to take care of anything. Just more profit for them.

Central Gas heating Furnace fault [ 1 Answers ]

Pilot light is working, fan is working, burner lights for about 3 seconds and turns off. The process starts again in a few minutes. Thermostate is all the way up. What could be the problem?:(
