    The Democrats would voted to grant foreign enemies who seek to destroy America and who have no fidelity to our Constitution, the same rights as American citizens. The Geneva Convention says that trial before a military tribunals is their right . President Bush tried to get this done but it was the left that sued to have the trials in civilian courts. That is the primary reason that justice has been delayed .
