PC keeps on restarting after booting
Hi! I have problem with my computer. It always restart after booting. I thought that if I reformat it, it would run normally again. But after hours of using it, it automatically restarted, then after booting it restarted again. What could probably be the cause of this problem? Is it the hardware (RAM, power supply, etc.) or software?& what's the best anti-virus, anti-spyware can you suggest? Thanks!:D

Is the CPU fan working properly? Just monitor that for a while and make sure that CPU fan heat sink is in full contact with the CPU with the CPU paste.

Sounds like hardware. Do you have more than one stick of RAM? I'd try to carefully remove one stick, if you've got more than one in, at a time, and let it run for a while. You could also leave them in, and run memtest. Link: Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool That's got some CD images, just burn a CD with it, and boot to the CD. It will check your RAM.

My computer keeps on restarting, says Windows is now opening, however windows does not open. The computer just restarts over and over again. What is my problem?

Your problem is that the computer just restarts over and over again...
    Just kidding :)

Try hitting F8 right before the windows logo comes up, and then going to "Last Known Good Configuration". It may be a driver that won't load right, and is causing a hardware error in windows. Last known good configuration will load the drivers and system info just like it was last time you logged in. Since it keeps rebooting, that means you can't log in now, so it should take you back to a time when everything worked properly.
