    Losing weight on the upper leg area only
    I excerise regularly and am doing good but there is this one dam area that I have always had a problem with and that is I find I just can't slim down the upper leg area.I tried using weights but all this does is make it more muscular which is not what I want.Anyone gat any suggetions for this please feel free to let me know.

    You simply cannot "spot reduce" your body does not burn fat like that.
    Have you tried switching up your cardio? You also may be using weights that are too heavy. You can use light weights and do more reps to help tone your legs but not "bulk up".

    Maybe a new exercise will help slim down your legs. I know for me running has been great for total body fat loss.
