    Polybutylene lawsuit
    My 1981 mobile home has had plumbing leaks due to back tubing pipes, do I qualify for the lawsuit to have plumbing replaced?

    My 1981 mobile home has been having plumbing leaks because of the black tubing (polybutylene). Do I qualify for the lawsuit to get my plumbling replaced.

    No, it's for homes built after 1999, see the link and go to the lawyers page if you want more info. Plus it says that the settlement will only pay 10% of the cost of replacing the system
