    Lien on house
    I was informed our homeowners assoc has a lien on my house. A judgement went on 072007. What will happen & can they seize my checking accounts ?

    The lien on the house means that you will have to pay the HOA before you can sell your house.

    I'm guessing you are behind on your dues?
