    visitaion rights
    I was wondering my son is 2 years old and when we went to court for a dna test it was proven t was his and the first court hearing was only child support they told him to request another hearing for custoday or visitation but it would cost him more money and he never took us back now its been 2 years and I think he wants visitaion rights now but he has no car no money no job its not my responsibility to take him to see his child right it works both ways and how canhe get vistation he hasn't done anything

    If you have full custody, he has to get a court to order visitation. You are not required to provide it or help in it (by bringing the child to him).

    The courts of course are always in it for the best interest of the child, you are not required to take the child to see his father until it is "legal", however you might want to consider your child's feelings in this, even though the father hasn't made much of an effort to be there, you might not want to keep your son away from him completely, he is his father... (unless he endangers the child's well-being) It's a rock and a hard place that is for sure, hope things work out for you [=
