    Bank Account Garnishment Of a Minor
    In Texas, If a credit card company gets a judgment againt you, Can they garnish your joint bank account with a minor child on the account.

    Any account with your name on it can be garnished, but a third party claim can be file in the court. You must be able to produce evidence of the third party owership of the funds in the account.
